The purpose of the Foundation shall be to develop and administer a program for the welfare of Northeastern Technical College. The program shall be administered in conjunction with, or a supplement to, and consistent with an official government program for Northeastern Technical College.

The Northeastern Technical College will provide an IRS Form 990 upon request. Form 990 is used by tax-exempt organizations, nonexempt charitable trusts, and section 527 political organizations to provide the IRS with the information required by section 6033.
