NETC Hosting Zoom Session to Help Students Enroll in College

Northeastern Technical College (NETC) is accepting applications for the 2020 Fall Semester. Classes start on August 17. NETC will be hosting an online zoom session on July 30 at 11:00 am, to assist students with registering for courses. Before the zoom event, students should visit www.netc.edu to complete an admissions application online. Call (800) 921-7399 for the session information and to reserve your seat virtually.

Students have access to resources, support, and opportunities for individual attention through online platforms. NETC departments are utilizing tools such as Zoom, D2L, and Microsoft Teams to engage students in a virtual learning environment. Online tutoring, enrollment advising sessions, and library support services are available to assist students starting classes in the Fall.

"Our employees are committed to the success of our students, and passionately believe that our college is an option for everyone," said Dr. Edwin Delgado, NETC Vice President of Instruction. "If you have a desire to achieve more in life, NETC will provide you with the resources and opportunities to help you reach your goals."

NETC offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Now offering Workforce Certifications completed in less than two semesters, and 34 courses that transfer to any SC four-year university, NETC is a convenient and affordable way to obtain higher education.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is an essential step in securing financial aid to attend college. The information collected on the FAFSA determines eligibility for Pell Grant funding and other forms of financial assistance. Students should visit www.fafsa.gov to complete their FAFSA. Use NETC's Federal School Code, 007602, so NETC will receive a copy of your FAFSA results.

Northeastern Technical College prepares the workforce of Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties through education and training. For more information about starting your adventure at NETC, call (800) 921-7399 or visit www.netc.edu.
