What is the financial aid census date?
The financial aid census date is the point at which your enrollment is locked for financial aid purposes, and it coincides with the day after you can drop classes for a 100% refund. In accordance with federal regulations, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will recalculate Federal and State aid based on the census date set by the college.

Courses you add after your financial aid census date WILL NOT count for financial aid purposes.
