Northeastern Technical College and the Cheraw Arts Commission, hosted Art Talk October 15 with metal and enamel artist Katy Cassell of Greenville, demonstrating her art to students and members of the community.
Cassell specializes in enameling and metal art and was recently involved in the Artist in Residence program at Cheraw State Park, a statewide program allowing artists to stay at the park and create works of art based on their interpretations of a park's natural and cultural offerings.
