In a room filled with pride, reflection, and quiet moments of triumph, Northeastern Technical College honored its 2026 Allied Health and Credential earners during the Allied Health and Credential Ceremony, a celebration that marked more than academic completion. It recognized years of sacrifice, determination, and personal growth for students entering the healthcare workforce.

From CNA to EMT, Massage Therapy to Phlebotomy, each graduate carried a story shaped by long nights of studying, balancing family responsibilities, overcoming challenges, and pushing forward even when the journey felt uncertain.

The ceremony opened with a warm welcome from Interim President Erin Fann, who recognized not only the achievement of completion but the strength it took to reach this moment. Fann spoke to the resilience of students who chose careers rooted in care, service, and human dignity.

Invocation was offered by Bridget Graham, Phlebotomy Instructor, who reflected on the dedication of students prepared to serve others in some of life's most vulnerable moments. Her words honored both the journey and the calling that brought many of the credential earners into healthcare fields.

Dr. Robert Schultz, Dean of Allied Health, presented the candidates for completion across all programs, recognizing CNA, EMT, Massage Therapy, and Phlebotomy credential earners. He highlighted the real-world impact these students are preparing to make as they step into hospitals, clinics, and communities where their skills will directly change lives.

As names were called, each credential earner crossed the stage to applause from family, friends, and faculty who witnessed not just an ending, but a beginning. Smiles, tears, and embraces reflected the weight of the moment and the pride shared by everyone in attendance.

The ceremony closed with final remarks from Interim President Erin Fann, who encouraged students to carry forward both their skills and their compassion. She reminded them that their work will matter in moments when people need it most, and that their presence in healthcare will make a lasting difference.
