Checking Your Financial Aid Status

Returning Students

If you have not received a Financial Aid Offer Letter and you need to check on the amount you have been awarded, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to our website - www.netc.edu.
2. Click on 24/7 Self Service located at the bottom of the home page.   Enter the username and password that was provided to you.
3. Once you come to the landing page, click on Financial Aid.
4. You can view your missing documents, SAP status, FA Shopping Sheet, award letter and so much more using Self Service.

If you do not have a financial aid offer letter, your file may be incomplete. Look under missing documents to see what the Office of Student Financial Assistance need to complete your file.

New Students

New students should check with the Office of Student Financial Assistance, (843) 921-6991 if you have not received an award letter.
